At Hip Hop classes we strive to give students the latest choreography to the latest releases in music, whilst providing fitness, strength and fun!
Classes will start with a warm up that focuses on muscle stretching, flexibility and also strength. Core and arm strength is used a lot in hip hop dance, especially with floor work and tricks, therefore warm up techniques such as abdominal exercises are very appropriate- however different ages have different strengths of exercises.
Hip Hop Classes are divided into the following levels:
Junior Hip Hop - 4 - 8years
Intermediate Hip Hop - 9 - 12years
Advanced Hip Hop - 13yrs - Adult
