For those who want one on one individualized training, there are many options available.
In Personal Training sessions, I help you to set goals and we then aim all our sessions toward achieving them, no goal is too big or too small.
Packages begin with a single fitness evaluation of one hour, from here we work out the best way for you to reach your goals- whether this be via weekly lessons of an hour or half hour.
Fee for private training sessions are $55 per hour, $35 per half hour.
Please note - Training sessions must be made by appointment. All sessions 60 minute private sessions, 12 hrs cancellation notice must be given to receive refund otherwise client will be charged for the session.
